He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred M. Hess and Yvonne Kay Herr Hess. He is survived by: his children, Cory J. Hess (Ashley A.) and Sara M. Hess (Matthew B. Havens); and his sister Chrisandra K. Davis (Brendan).
Graveside Service and Burial will be held at Conestoga Memorial Park on FRIDAY, MARCH 26, 2021 AT 3:00 P.M. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to: the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
