He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kramer and Joan Gusler Kramer; his daughter Shelly L. Conlin; and his grandsons, Zachary and Keegeh.

He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Brandt Kramer; his sons, Harry W. "Skipper" (Rosa Kramer) of East Petersburg and Jonathan B. (Lauren Gentel) of Ft. Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Kaley, Logan, Samantha and Brianna; and his siblings, Kenny (Yvonne Kramer) of Lancaster, Jimmy (Melanie Kramer) of Marietta and Karen (Keith Rutt) of Pequea. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
