He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Hiner and Arvilla E. Hiner (Kinsey); and his sister Linda Fox. He is survived by: his wife Gail L. Hiner (Henneke); his children, Jeff (Anna) and Kim (Mike Spicer); his grandchildren, Nicholas Hiner (Ana), Alana Hiner, Emily and Joseph Spicer; his brother Richard "Dick" Hiner; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Fox and Rodger Henneke (Christine). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
