It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie Cuturilo (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Gasior and Anna Gasior (Mccydem); her husband Adam Cuturilo Sr.; her son Adam Jr.; her granddaughter Shontelle Ostinowsky; and her siblings, Theodore "Teddy", Bessie Gvozdich, Joe "PeeWee", Mary "Mela" Kazik, Rosie Zajdel and Snow Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Annette (John "Jack" Ostinowsky), Twin Rocks, Loretta (Paul S. Kalinyak) and East Conemaugh Borough; her grandchildren, Michelle Telenko, Larry, Toni Shaffer, Ragers Hill, Johnny, Sara Kirsch and Adam M; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Dylan, Kirsten, Isaac, Noah, Kaitlyn, Kendra, Jenna and Casey (James); and her sister-in-law Jeannie Cuturilo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
