It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Ann Huegel in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Arford and Cora Arford (Donahue); her children, Betty Louise Pierce (Huegel) and Francis "Skipper" Huegel; and her siblings, Russell, Alvin, Ron Arford, Emma "Sissy" Kaufman and Margie Heming.

She is survived by: her daughter Marsann "Marcey" Page (Huegel) of Savannah, GA; her granddaughters, Amber Page of Dayton, OH and Brandi Owens of West Paris, ME; her niece Kenna Raymond; and her sister-in-law Ramona Arford.
