He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dicken, Sr. and Catherine M. Dicken (Clark); his former wife Janet Dicken (Morse); his siblings, Arlene Foor, Victor Dicken (Mary Jane) and Paul Dicken Jr. (Emma); and his grandsons, Airman, Class Jeffrey Jonovich and Bradley Foor.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah C. Dicken (Jay); his children, Tangy, Jerry, Trena, Dan, Tonya, Clifford and Michele Siegele; his friend Wess Leach; his grandchildren, Keshia, Mason, Hayley, Kyle, Devin Smith, Jordan Swankler, Katie Swankler, Lydia Swankler and Cameron Klinger; and his great grandchild Kynlee Brown.
