He is survived by: his wife Kitty Barkley (Melius); his children, Richard Barkley III, Cindy Ray (Tim), Debbie Snyder (Brad) and William Barkley (Cortney); his grandchildren, Sara, Olivia, Bradley, Abby, Sophia and Lydia; his siblings, Mike Barkley (Sandy), Deborah Baker (Gary) and Barbara Brown (Bob); and his parents-in-law, Judy Frederick, Doug Melius and Lena Jefferys (Ed). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and animals.
