She was predeceased by: her husband James Ronald "Homer" Kakabar; her parents, Harold Sills and Rita Sills (Grabenstein); her brother Richard "Dick" Sills; her in-laws, Michael "Kelly" and Marian Kakabar (Krestar); and her stepmother-in-law Dorothy Bizzari.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Timothy "Tim" (Carole) of Thomas James and Daniel Scott "Scott" (Kristine); her grandchildren, Allison (Geoffrey Warholak), Sara, Sidney and Gabrielle; her brother Robert Sills (Genie); and also, Brock, Dianna, Alek Hupkovich, Paul and Cindy Gartland.
