He is survived by: his children, Douglas Zepka (Elizabeth) and Teresa Zepka; his grandsons, Douglas, Chad and Seth; his great grandchildren, Blake and Dakota; his siblings, Rose Honchar, Janie Hallett and Thomas Zepka Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Rohde (Chris), Robert Svopa and Patricia Rohde; his friends, Chopper, Nick, Ron, Tom, Jodi, Shutz, Rupert, Mark Renowden and Butchy Hollern; and his cousin Bob Coppoletta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
