He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Bayush and Violet E. Bayush (Djoice); his brother James; his niece Megan Chalich; and his nephew Zachary Chalich.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth (Cochran); his sister Karen (James Thomas "JT"); his niece Amy Shaffer; his parents-in-law, Brian Cochran (Linda), Lourene Serball (Gary) and Rose Marie (Bernard Chalich); his nieces, Kristen Ickes (Jeremy), Ashley Chalich and Rachel Musgrave (Rick); his nephew Kevin Cochran; and his great-nephew Conor Meden.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Church of Transfiguration.
