Oleksa (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gvozdich and Bessie A. Gvozdich (Gasior); and her sister Sylvia Jean Thomas (Maurice Thomas). She is survived by: her sons, Anthony P., Nicholas J. Johnstown (Jennifer) and Michael D.; her grandchildren, Michael A. Jordan E., Carly L., Jacob R., Christian S. and Tyler J.; and her cousin Loretta Kalinyak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
