He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" (Salkeld); his children, Tina Marie Anthony and Michael A. Jr.; his granddaughters, Taelur Yost (Nick) and Jordyn Anthony; his great grandchild Eddie Mae Sage; his brother Bill "Buttons" Vargo (Betsey); his cousins, Bobbi Peschock and Art Lawson; and his nephew Jonathan Salkeld. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and many good friends.
