She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Myers and Eva Myers (Rose); her husband Dean C. Smay; her granddaughter Stacy M. Smay; and her siblings, Betty Susko, Chuck, Lester "Cuddy", Harry "Blair", Don, Ron, Paul and Bob Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Jacquelyn), Georgia, Randy (Sherri), Sandra Updegraff, Eva (George Wirick), Harry Smay and Dave (Carm Campagna); and her siblings, Diane Cummings and Devon "Arkie" Myers. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
