He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Noel; and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Noel (Huber); his wife Leona Noel (Marsh); his children, Dan Noel of Gallitzin, Pam Lorditch (Matt) of Ebensburg and Deb Hoover (Brian) of Loretto; his grandchildren, Jacob Noel, Michael Lorditch, Jarod Hoover and JoAnna Hoover; and his siblings, Mary Jane Delisi, Edgar Noel, Margaret "Peggy" Alfano, George Noel and Ann Barber. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ken's memory may be made to the Hollidaysburg Veteran's Home Activities Fund.
