He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Carney and Charlyne Carney (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Mary Hays Carney (Williamson); his children, John Carney of Lincoln, RI, Martha Rusk (Mike) and Acton Ontario; his grandchildren, Olivia, Shane Carney, Spencer and Julia Rusk; and his pets, Iris and Joe Henry.
