He is survived by: his children, Carolyn L. Eppley (Dan Mills), Geistown Borough, John B., Pat L. Churilla, Oak Hill and Lori A. (Albert J. Kiepert Jr.); his grandson John P. "J. P."; and his sisters, Sonia Cvijanovich and Mary C. Zalubski.
