He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Coulter and Maymie Coulter (Elder); his former wife Teruko Coulter (Hoshino); his wife Amy Coulter (Maxwell); and his siblings, Edna MacLees, Etta Simmonsen, Maxine Pelican, Alice Bogert and Harry Coulter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane C. Glarrow (Greg) of Boiling Springs, PA, Jane M. McDonough (Darren) of Oberlin, OH, Donna E. Coulter-Karis (John) of Phoenix, AZ and Kathy C. Eckman (Gene) of Pittsburgh; his stepsons, David Maxwell (Tracey) and Bobby Maxwell (Sylvia); and his brother Merle Coulter (Tracey) of Elgin, PA. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Saltsburg (701 Salt St, Saltsburg, PA 15681). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
