He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Fouse and Marie C. Fouse (Troxell); and his siblings, Doris Delozier, Phyllis Cottrell and Richard E. Fouse.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene J. Imler; his children, Duane A. Fouse of Henrietta and Cheryl A. Fouse of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, J. Colton Fouse, S. Dylan Fouse, Matthew Fouse (Tracy), Ridge Miller (Cortney Bowser) and Guy Miller; and his great grandchildren, Zeiren, Peyton, Balon Fouse and Khloe Miller.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions all services will be private and interment will be held at Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery, rural Martinsburg.
