He is survived by: his children, Marie Duell (Josh), John Custer, Jr. and Emily Custer; his granddaughter Layla; his children, Lillian, Laina and Michael Duell; his siblings, James A. Custer, Carmella F. Custer and Raylene Schultz; and his sister-in-law Anita Custer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary (921 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
