He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Robert, John, Bill and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Cekada (Yackulich); his children, Diane Walsh (Bill), Daniel Cekada and Donald Cekada; his grandchildren, Sara Faulisi (Marco), Tyler Lenio, Bethany Lenio, Elisa Charles (Adam) and Annie Cekada; and his son-in-law Tom Lenio.
