She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest V. McVicker and Elva McVicker (Hershberger); her husband Allen John Carbaugh; her children, Paul Neal Carbaugh and Joan Lee Bechtel; and her brother Samuel K. McVicker.
She is survived by: her children, Gregg Allen Carbaugh (Roseanna), Roy Blair Carbaugh (Cindy) and Julie Lynn Nelson (Robert) of Mount Joy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren (3715 W Brumbaugh Rd, New Enterprise, PA 16664). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
