He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Nixon and F. Marie Nixon (Paul); his son Kevin B. Nixon; and his sister Patricia Long. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Claycomb; his grandson Ryan M. Nixon of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Layne and Dylan Nixon; his sister Doris Kennedy of New Paris; and his daughter-in-law Darlene Nixon of Roaring Spring. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John K. Bolger Funeral Home, Inc. (111 E Allegheny St, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
