Winters (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Don" Winters and Lois B. McLaurin (Thornton); and his grandparents, Lewis, Elizabeth Thornton (Stephens), James W. and Janie Winters (Dubose).
He is survived by: his daughter Desalee R. Winters; his siblings, James D. Thornton (Jacki), Natalie C. Smith and Ryan S. Smith Sr. (Brandi) of San Gabriel, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Ladaya, Shakor, Ryan Jr., Brendan, Marissa, Isaac and Shyleigh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
