It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn L. Newcomer (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David B. Newcomer; her grandson Lukas; and her brother-in-law Raymond Newcomer. She is survived by: her parents, Robert E. Graham and Delores Hill of Vinco; her stepfather Paul Hill of Vinco; her daughters, Tabitha Nipps (Jeromy) of Strongstown and Melissa Sell (Joe) of Ebensburg; her grandchildren, Logan Graham, Lance Marshall, Levi Graham, Liam Nipps, Ava Polchito, Emersen Sell and Lydia Sell; her siblings, Kurt Graham (Avis), Robyn Smith (Robert) and Darwin Graham (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Gary "Spike" Newcomer (Carol) and Susan Newcomer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
