He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Piker and Patricia A. Piker (Horner); and his brothers, Randy and Donald. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Michael and Andrew; and his siblings, Kimberly Marcus, Jim Piker and Matthew Piker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
