He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Mills and Hazel Mills (Allison). He is survived by: his girlfriend Jane Campdon; his daughters, Erika Mills and Courtney Hoffman (Joseph); his grandsons, Logan and Jeffrey Hoffman; his brother David; and his friend Melanie Klesyk. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
