She was predeceased by: her parents, Demeter Herman and Mary Herman (Cibulas); and her siblings, John Herman, Stephen Herman, Joseph Herman, Thomas Herman, Anne Schaldach, Helen Craig and Peggy Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard J. Holdsworth; her children, Lisa M. Holdsworth, Leonard J. Holdsworth II and Justin P. Holdsworth (Tina); her grandchildren, Justin P. and Julia K. Holdsworth; her brother Robert Herman (Sylvia); her siblings-in-law, Ruth Herman, Ralph Petrozello, Leona Mae Kush, Ramona Flook, Arthur Holdsworth and Thomas Holdsworth; and her friends, Linda McKeon, Roseann Kessel and Joel-Lynn McKeon Misera. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
