He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Morgart and Goldie Morgart; and his sisters, Elizabeth Fisher and Silvia Miller. He is survived by: his wife Mary Morgart (Fisher); his children, Harry Kelly Jr., Keith Davis (Windber), Dana Whitaker (Oakland) and Jeremy Rouser (Richland); and his brother Harry Morgart (Debbie).
