It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carle Allen (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Allen; her grandchildren, Noah and Hannah; and her siblings, Daniel G. (Faith Thomas), Thomas Mills, Karen (Steven Addleman), Patricia (Jeff Pauza) and Shelburne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
