He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Milby (Fedullo); his children, Theresa Milby, Monica Foy (Cory) and Daniel Milby; his grandsons, Charlie and Austin Foy; his sister Phyllis Milby; and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Allie, Christina and Joe.
