He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Falisec. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Louise Falisec of Lovejoy and Ronald Meade McCullough; his son Trenten; and his siblings, Justin McCullough (Chanda) of Clymer, Glen Campbell of Clymer, Edward of Clymer and Frank Brocious of Clymer. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles.
