He is survived by: his children, Rory Gittings (Jennifer Westrick) of Shelocta, Gerard Gittings (Alyse) of Gallitzin, Aaron Gittings (Amanda Fulton) of Colver and Samantha Gittings (Brandon Turner) of Colver; his grandchildren, Harlie Gittings, Levi Gittings, Caleb Gittings, Brionna Szalkowski, Alex Szalkowski, Hayden Turner, Brennox Turner and Jaxon Gittings; and his siblings, Dean Gittings (Mary) of Ebensburg, J. Robert "Bob" Gittings (Shirley), Patton, Shirley Leskosky of Ebensburg and Joan Carns of Ebensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
