He is survived by: his children, Ronald Prokop (Tricia), Larry Prokop (Bonnie), Kenneth Prokop (Amy) and Nicole Olexa (Chad); and his grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Justin, Brandon, Kiersten, Andrew and Emma.
