He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Buzminsky and Anna Buzminsky; his daughters, Kathleen Wilson, Sharlene Makosy and Connie Boback; and his siblings, Steve, John and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Dixon; his children, Michael Buzminsky (Vickie), Mark Buzminsky (Cynthia) and Denine Pritchett (Don); his grandchildren, Troy, Carrie Ann, Christin, Eric, Amy, Chad, Heather, Matthew, Kara, Daniel, Doug and Josh; and his sisters, Elizabeth and Catherine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
