She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard "Eugene" Houck and Thelma E. Houck (Gaston); her husband George D. Headrick; and her son James. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory E. (Dorothy R. Aiken) and David A. (Michele Shea); her grandchildren, Amy Beth Hurst, Melanie R. Johnson, Bryan G. Headrick and Joel D. Headrick; and her great grandchildren, Palin Hurst, Lochlan Hurst and Keyla Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethel's memory may be made to the Colver Presyterian Church or to the Colver Volunteer Fire Company & 40-Tech.
