He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren F. Engle Sr. and Audrey M. Cmiel (Devine); his stepfather Joseph Cmiel; his son Nathan Engle; and his half-brothers, Randy Cmiel and Chuck Engle.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Diehr (Tim) of Fredericksburg, VA, Bobbi Jo Blunkall (Blake) of Fredericksburg, VA, W. Scott Engle (Marilise) of Avon, OH, Nick Engle of Peninsula, OH and Marcus Engle (Jill Borton) of Corry, PA; his cousin Dan Reynolds of Corry, PA; his half-siblings, Joe Engle (Laura), Tony Engle of Warren, PA and Chris Gustafson (Jay) of Sheffield, PA; his stepsiblings, Des Sturdevant (Art) of Clarendon, PA and John Miller of Youngsville, PA.; and his grandchildren, Tyler Engle, Sarah Palmer, Lindsey Diehr, Gabriel Palmer, Rachel Palmer, Kate Blunkall, Lydia Palmer, Kasedey Engle, Natalie Engle, Jaxon Engle, Rozlyn Engle, Emmitt Blunkall and Ellie Jo Blunkall. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and two nieces.
