She was predeceased by: her father Robert Higley; her friend Patty Woodworth; her grandparents, Gladys, James Haslett, Edith and Raymond Higley; her parents-in-law, Ruby and Ed Nelson; and her brother-in-law Curt Nelson.
She is survived by: her mother Sandra Haslett May of Corry; her stepfather Denny May; her husband Tim 'Stoney Nelson; her children, Kayla Higley and Eric Drayer; her stepchildren, Kara (Johanna) and Kevin Nelson; her grandchildren, Stoney, Logan Donnell, Layla and Wyatt Bayer; her sister Michelle Gurdak (Brian); her nieces and nephews, Levi (Meagen), Brian Lee and Allison; her brother Shawn Higley (Krissy Montgomery); her nieces and nephews, Bryce, Braden, Keyton, Cadence and Robert Higley (Jenny); her great-niece Anna; her stepsiblings, Chrissy Church (Jeff), Lindsey, Carley Church and Mark May (Rhonda); her stepmother Sharon Upperman; her aunt Shirley; and also, Katerina, Markie, Denise Miller (Bill), Chandra Upperman (Kevin Gustafson), Maddison and Donna Nelson. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Donations may be made to the family for the grandchildren's educational college fund. Stacie's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
