It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel I. Fralick (Columbus, Pennsylvania), born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ily Fralick and Aleene Upperman Fralick; and his siblings, Barb Martin, Rodney, Dean and Gary Fralick.
He is survived by: his brother Dale Fralick (Sharon) of Spartansburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
