She is survived by: her parents, Bonnie Slaughter of Warren and Dr. Derrick Moffett; her children, Jazmin Young (Mossy), Jamiyah Young (MyMy) and JaJuantae Young; her grandson JaMere Johnson; and her siblings, Rodney Slaughter (Keyonna) of Warren, Derrick Moffett II of Cincinnati, Catrice of Youngstown, OH. and Courtney Moffett of Youngstown, OH.. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, dearest cousins, family, and close friends.
