Hawkes (Alan) of Columbus, PA and Craig S. Suchar (Sherri) of Columbus, PA; and his grandchildren, Samuel Ohrn, Cayla, Cassidy and Chase Suchar.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
