It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cassandra B. Toplovich of Columbus, Pennsylvania, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Daniel Sr., Patricia Toplovich and Howard Rutsky; and her aunt Pauline B. Toplovich. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel M. Jr. Toplovich and Valerie Toplovich; her husband Craig Jaquith of Columbus, PA; her grandmother Donna Rutsky of Sugar Grove, PA; her siblings-in-law, Bruce and Deb Jaquith of Columbus, PA; her sisters, Sabrina Toplovich (Josh Maring) of Russell, PA and Chelsey Toplovich of Ambridge, PA; her sisters-in-law, Stephanie Donoghugh (Josh) of Corry, PA and Erin Wolf of Columbus, PA; and her grandparents, Dave and Sally Hershey of Spring Creek, PA.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
