He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth M. Mowrer; his son Tim Mowrer; and his siblings, Kenneth, Daniel, Donald Mowrer, Dorothea Sload and Linda Kreider.
He is survived by: his parent Elsa Mowrer (Mueller); his spouse Barabra Mowrer (Earhart); his children, Tina Anderson (Adam) of Stoughton, MA and Ken L. Mowrer (Becki); and his grandchildren, Kailey, Kyle, Erik, Ella, Malcolm and Izabella.
