Lewis (Dan); her stepchildren, Ken Gambler (Sharon), Rick Gambler (Peg), Renee Wagner (Jim), Lois Levi (Arkady) and Gail Gilbert (Warren); her grandchildren, Andrew (Shannon), David, Hallie Paules and Janelle Harding (Matthew); her stepgrandchildren, Jensen (Stacy), Talon Lewis, Alyssa Roth, Brianna Wagner and Gregory Gambler; and her great grandchildren, Milo Kerns and Brayden Paules.
