He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Chaney Blumenshine. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Spingarn of Stockton, NJ, Byron Blumenshine of York and Pamela Herr of Elizabeth City, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
