She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter B. Fulmer and Esther M. Fulmer (Campbell); and her husband Charles H. Clark. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Ney (Robert) and LaShunda Clark; her sister Susan Rintz; and her nephew Marc Rintz (Tiffany). She is also survived by daughter; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
