He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Serrrano and Buena Ventura Alvarado. He is survived by: his wife Belma Milagros Montalvo Sanchez; his children, Agustin Serrano of York, Antonio Serrano of Columbia and Santabel Serrano-Montalvo of Lancaster; and his siblings, Rosa Serrano of Scranton and Lindo Serrano of New York.
