She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Cushing and Lorraine Cushing (Boehm); and her brothers, Virgil, Ronald, Kenneth and Maynard Cushing.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Heck (Kevin Parker) of Columbia Crossroads, PA and Sherri Thorpe of Mansfield, PA; her sisters, Gloria Clemens of Tioga, PA, Marlene Gillett of Gibson, NY, Jeannie Passeri of Fassett, PA, Pauline and Penny Cushing (Dave) of Reading, PA; and her grandchildren, Amy, Ashley, Gregory, Derek and Trevor. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
