He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel W. Wagner and Mary E. Wagner (Alexander); his former wife Joyce N. Wagner (Broome); his wife Frances D. Wagner (Accardo); and his siblings, Kenneth A., Robert L. Wagner and Claire Bryner.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel J. Wagner (Barbara) and Christina J. (Sam Keaton) of Eden, NC; his stepdaughter Rose Mary T. (Jay Roth) of Lewisberry; his grandchildren, Kelly (David Mastrogiovanni) of Lancaster, Christopher Wagner (Gwen), Alexandria (Ethan Kinory) of Chestnut Hill and Julianna Frisch of Washington, DC; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Wagner, Dalia Kinory and Leora Kinory; and his great great grandchild Leilani Churchill.
