She was predeceased by: her husband Amos W. Breneman; her parents, John H. Burkholder and Mary Wenger Burkholder; her daughter Janice E. Breneman; and her siblings, Irwin W. Burkholder and Doris E. Burkholder.
She is survived by: her children, J. Earl Breneman (Connie), Karen S. Miller (Paul), James L. Breneman (Renee), Mountville, Nelson R. Breneman (Valerie) and Boro of Washington; her brother Paul A. Burkholder; her sister-in-law Boro of Washington; and her brothers, J. Clyde, Ezra W. and Raymond W. Burkholder.
