He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kreider and Pearl Kurtz Kreider; his wife Margaret Meshey Kreider; his daughter Stacy Kreider; and his sisters, Betty Miller and Dawn Prevost.
He is survived by: his children, Robert, Jr. (Cathy) of Lancaster, Sharon Bair of Columbia and Ron (Rebekah) of Columbia; and his sister Nancy McCauley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
